Kinetic Digital Éire ("The Agency") operates under strict adherence to Irish and EU Data Protection laws (GDPR). By accessing our network or commissioning our services, you ("The Client") agree to the following protocols.

01. Privacy & Data Collection

We value digital sovereignty. We collect only the minimum data required to facilitate business operations:

• Voluntary Data: Name, Email, and Project Details submitted via our Contact Terminal.
• Telemetry: Anonymous usage data (via Google Analytics 4) to optimize system performance.
• Cookies: Functional tokens required for UI preferences.

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your data to outside parties.

02. Client Assets & Intellectual Property

Upon full settlement of all invoices, all developed code, design assets, and intellectual property transfer explicitly to The Client.

03. Liability & SLAs

Kinetic Digital engineers for 99.9% uptime. However, we are not liable for downtimes caused by third-party infrastructure.
